Due to the intimate nature of swimwear and for hygiene reasons — and because we are a small-run business — we recommend store credit for all eligible returns. Refunds are available if required by UK law.
Why Store Credit
As a small-run brand, we produce limited quantities and carefully manage inventory to avoid waste. Offering store credit allows us to continue creating thoughtfully made pieces while still supporting our customers.
Store Credit Details

All approved returns will receive store credit for the item value.

Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and items must meet the following conditions:

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Hygiene liners and tags fully intact

No signs of wear, including stains, deodorant, makeup, or perfume

Returned in original packaging
Items that do not meet these requirements will be declined and returned to the customer.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can resolve this quickly.
How to Start a Return

Note: If a return is claimed as damaged, we record our packaging for all items for evidence for our own protection.
